Which one should I see

For most problems, either.

Knee pain, back pain, sciatica and frozen shoulder are the four we see most, and both doctors treat all four every week. For those, book by the time that suits you.

Ask for Dr. Maryam if

  • It is plantar fasciitis or flat foot
  • You want the doctor whose specialist interest is women’s health
  • You want hijama cups — they are on her technique list, not Dr. Mehwish’s
  • The afternoon is the only time you can come

Her specialist interests are manual therapy, musculoskeletal work and women’s health. Afternoons, 1:00 – 5:00 PM.

Ask for Dr. Mehwish if

  • It is a disc problem or a suspected herniation
  • It is neck pain, the condition she is best known for
  • It is SI joint dysfunction
  • You can only come after work

Her specialist interests are musculoskeletal and orthopaedic manual therapy. Evenings, 5:00 – 10:00 PM.

Either doctor, same promise

You are treated by the doctor. Every time.

What does not change

  • 40–45 min one-to-one, never handed to an assistant partway through
  • Both are certified in manual therapy — hands first, machines second
  • The same fees, whichever doctor you see
  • Home visits across DHA Phase 1, 2 and 3
  • No doctor’s referral needed to book

What the first visit gives you

A full assessment, not a treatment squeezed around one. You leave knowing what is wrong, roughly how many sessions it takes and what each one costs — a typical course runs 5–7 sessions. If physiotherapy is not the right answer for your problem, you will be told that on day one.

Book a doctor

Tell us when suits, and we will match you.

If you are not sure which of them you need, say what hurts and we will put you with the right one. No referral, and no charge for asking.
