What we treat most weeks.
Both doctors work the full 1 – 10 PM day, so whichever time suits you, you see a Doctor of Physical Therapy who handles these every week — not an assistant.

How we treat
Hands-on care, personalised to you.
Every patient is assessed thoroughly first, then treated one-to-one by a physiotherapist on a plan built for them. Manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and supporting modalities work together to speed up your recovery.
Hands-on treatment
Our main focus is manual therapy — hands-on care from two certified manual therapists. Every session is 40–45 minutes of one-to-one time, not a machine and an empty room.
Therapeutic equipment
Modern physiotherapy equipment, used alongside the hands-on work to settle pain and inflammation so the exercises become possible. It supports your recovery; it does not replace the therapist.

Also treated at the clinic
These do not have pages of their own yet. Not sure whether physiotherapy is the right answer for you? Call or message us for an appointment — we will assess you and guide you to the best treatment.
Specialist physiotherapy
Specialised rehabilitation programmes, designed around each patient’s own needs and goals. Longer than a course of five to seven sessions, and treated by both doctors, so any appointment across the clinic day works.
Not sure which one it is
Then describe it, and we will tell you.
You do not need a diagnosis to book. The first visit is a full assessment — you leave knowing what is wrong, how many sessions it takes, and what each one costs.
