True Care Physiotherapy Associates is small on purpose. Two Doctors of Physical Therapy, both manual therapists, treating one patient at a time between 1 – 10 PM — late enough that you do not have to take the afternoon off work to be seen.

Assessment first, then hands, then everything else.
An assessment before anything else
Every patient is examined properly before a treatment plan exists. That is where the cause gets separated from the place it hurts, and it is why the first appointment costs more than the ones after it.
Hands first
The main focus here is manual therapy — hands-on work, then the exercise programme that holds the change in place. Both doctors are manual therapists; it is what the practice is built around.
Equipment that supports, not replaces
Modern physiotherapy equipment is used alongside the hands-on work. It is there to speed recovery up, not to stand in for the therapist — a machine left running on a knee while somebody else is treated is not treatment.
One-to-one, start to finish
Your 40–45 min are with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, not an assistant, and the plan is built around your condition and what you need to get back to.
Who we are
Two doctors, one whole day between them.
Both qualified Doctors of Physical Therapy and certified manual therapists, with treatment plans built from the assessment rather than from a template. Between them they cover Mon–Sat 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM · Friday from 3:00 PM, so an appointment can fit the day you already have.

Most of what a clinic puts on a page like this is what it wants you to believe. These are the parts that cost us something to say:
- We are physiotherapists and nothing else. There is no psychologist and no other speciality here — if your problem needs one, we will tell you.
- Physiotherapy is not the right answer for every problem. If it is not the right answer for yours, you will hear that at the assessment, even though it costs us the booking.
- Nobody can honestly promise you a cure, or a number of sessions, before examining you. Anyone who does it over the phone is guessing.
- Some symptoms need a doctor before a physiotherapist. Every condition page on this site carries the list for that particular problem, and we will say the same on the phone.
- Our fees are published on this website — Rs 2,500 for the first assessment, Rs 2,000 after that. You will not be quoted a different number when you arrive.
